How do I list an event on EventLinqs?

Sign up as an organiser in minutes. Go to 'Event Organisers' at the top of any page and click 'Start selling tickets.' Create your account, build your first event, and submit it for publishing. Every event is reviewed against our content and safety policy within 24 to 48 hours, and most are approved the same business day. No approval gate on organisers. Only on events.

My ticket email has not arrived. What should I do?

First, check your spam or junk folder. Search for emails from EventLinqs or the event organiser. If you cannot find it there, log in to your account and go to 'My Tickets' to access your ticket directly. If you bought as a guest, enter the email address you used at checkout to retrieve your tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, contact us via the support form with your name and the event name. We will resend your ticket within a few hours.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

Yes. Log in, go to 'My Tickets', open the ticket you want to send and choose 'Transfer or gift this ticket'. Enter the new holder's name and email. They receive a fresh ticket and QR code by email, and your old code stops working straight away. You can only transfer a ticket that has not been used or refunded.

What does it cost to sell tickets on EventLinqs?

There is no upfront cost to list events. Free events incur zero platform fees, permanently. For paid events, fees are a percentage of ticket revenue. The booking fee is split between EventLinqs and the organiser. We cap the total booking fee to protect buyer trust. See our pricing page for current fee rates, which are always kept up to date.
